Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers.

Sample orders ship within 3–5 days via DHL/FedEx (7–15 days to most destinations). Bulk production takes 30–45 days after deposit confirmation. Sea freight transit time depends on destination: 25–35 days to Latin America, 20–30 days to Africa, 15–25 days to Oceania. Door-to-door DDP service is available on request.

Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit to start production, 70% balance before shipment — after you receive the pre-shipment inspection report with photos. For repeat customers we offer flexible terms including 50/50 and L/C at sight. Sample fees are fully refunded against your first order.

All products carry a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, covering the LED panel, battery, controller, and housing. LiFePO4 batteries are rated for 2,000+ charge cycles. Warranty claims are handled within 72 hours — we ship replacement parts via express courier at our cost. Extended warranties up to 5 years available for volume contracts.

Yes. OEM services include: custom logo printing on housing and packaging, custom colour finishes, custom packaging design with your branding, and specification adjustments (lumen output, battery capacity, sensor type). ODM projects — designing a new product to your brief — typically run a 45–60 day development cycle.

All products are CE and RoHS certified through accredited third-party laboratories. Certificates are provided upfront with every quotation — not chased after the fact. We can also arrange additional certifications (SAA for Australia, SASO for Saudi Arabia, SONCAP for Nigeria, etc.) for volume orders. Test reports are available on request.

We send 1–3 sample units via international courier so you can physically evaluate brightness, build quality, and finish. The sample fee is fully refunded against your first order. Before every bulk shipment, you receive a detailed pre-shipment inspection report with photos — same spec as your approved sample, verified. Final payment only after you approve the report.

We ship from Shenzhen, Yantian, or Guangzhou — you choose the most convenient port. Major destination markets include Colombia (Buenaventura/Cartagena), Ecuador (Guayaquil), South Africa (Durban), Kenya (Mombasa), and Australia (Sydney/Melbourne). For first-time buyers, we can provide a door-to-door DDP quotation that includes freight, customs clearance, and delivery to your warehouse. Our price list is provided within 24 hours of enquiry.
